  4. Whisk eggs together with little salt, pepper and garlic to taste..
  5. Put mozzarella cheese in roll.
  6. Pour egg mixture into roll.
  7. Put cheddar cheese on top.
  8. Wrap foil around roll to keep roll not burning and hard. If want crunchie roll don't use foil..
  9. Bake in oven for 10 to 15 minutes till egg is cooked and cheese melted..
  10. Remove from oven and enjoy..
